Place an order and a PCR self-swab collection pack will be delivered to your door. Send your sample to our partner lab for testing. Results will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt at the lab.
You will receive a single unique Passenger Locator Form Reference Number which can be used for this order. Please place repeat orders if you want to order more than 1 test as each Passenger Locator Form Reference Number is unique to each order.
